The ladder
Work with me.
Start free. Go as deep as you actually want to go, and not one step further.
Where to start
Find the one that sounds like this week.
You don’t have to work out which of these is “the right level.” Read down until a line describes where you actually are, and follow that one. Every door below opens on its own — none of them require the one above it.
The print & the 90-second reset
If you’ve tried things before and want proof this one does anything. A guided reset you can do right now, and a 5×7 print in the post. Ninety seconds tells you whether your body responds — that’s the only proof that counts.
The Self-Love Calendar
If you keep starting and stopping and it’s wearing you down. One sheet on the fridge. You write your own practices, you mark the days you kept one. No streak to break, and a month with eleven marked squares is still a month with eleven marked squares.
Healing art — prints & originals
If you need somewhere for your eyes to land, in the room you’re actually in. Fifty pieces across five series, from semi-gloss prints to float-mounted metal. Regulation you can hang where you’ll see it without going looking.
Kundalini Blessings oracle deck
If you want a way to ask yourself a question and get an honest answer. Forty cards, every one a meditation, in print since 2010. A mirror for your own guidance — and every card sits upright, so nothing in this deck can tell you you’re doomed.
Intuitive session — mini
If there’s one question you’ve been circling for months. Thirty minutes, live with me. You leave with clarity, a settled nervous system and a next step that’s yours rather than mine.
Intuitive session — full
If the question isn’t really the question. Sixty minutes of the deeper work — energetic body, boundaries, inner child and shadow — plus a guided practice recorded for you to keep.
Tools for Self Mastery
If doing this alone is the part that keeps failing. The living toolbox and the room that comes with it — guided practices, open-eyed art meditations, live sessions, and people going at it the same week you are. Free trial first.
The signature course
If you want the whole method in order, at your own pace. A self-paced walk through the Coming Home Method: Regulate, Hear, Trust. I’m building it in the open with the founding members rather than disappearing for six months.
Immersion
If you’re ready to go all the way home. The deepest work I do — spacious, high-touch, in person where possible, deliberately small. Write to me and we’ll work out together whether it’s right.

Intuitive healing sessions
Come with what feels stuck. We’ll work with what’s underneath it.
You don’t need to know which modality you need — that part is my job. Start from what you’re actually struggling with and how you want to feel instead, and I’ll bring whichever of the tools the session asks for.
Trained through the School of Awakening as a Professional Intuitive Healer, in Energy Alignment Healing Technique and in group facilitation — plus KRI Level 1 through the Aquarian Trainer Academy. Trauma-informed. LGBTQIA+ affirming. Sliding scale available.

Clarity
Intuitive Guidance Session
“What is really going on, and what do I need to know right now?”
You leave with direction, confirmation, and a clear sense of the next step.
May includeIntuitive reading · oracle cards · energy-field reading · symbols, signs and dreams · higher-self guidance · past-life or ancestral threads if they’re the ones pulling

Reset
Energy Clearing + Alignment
“I don’t feel like myself.”
You leave lighter, grounded, and back in your own energy instead of everyone else’s.
May includeEnergy healing · chakra balancing · grounding · energetic clearing · cord release · psychic boundaries · empath support · crystal work · in person or at a distance

Release
Deep Pattern + Soul Healing
“I know there’s something deeper going on, but I can’t seem to change it.”
You understand what sits underneath the pattern, and you start letting it go.
May includeInner child work · shadow work · ancestral patterns · past-life themes · soul contracts · forgiveness work · emotional release · archetypal and symbolic work

Reclaim
Life Transition Healing
“Who am I now, and what am I moving toward?”
You move through the change with more ground under you, and more meaning in it.
May includeFor breakups, grief, career changes, moving, identity shifts, spiritual awakening — endings and beginnings. Intuitive guidance · clearing · release work · ritual · embodiment · meditation

Develop
Intuition Mentorship
“Teach me how to hear myself clearly.”
You stop outsourcing it. You read your own signals and trust what you get.
May includeDeveloping the clairs · reading your own energy · higher-self connection · guides · psychic boundaries · grounding · symbol interpretation · meditation · discernment
Usually a series of three to six sessions rather than one — we’ll scope it together.

Space
Space Clearing + Sacred Space
“My home doesn’t feel right.”
Your space comes back to clear, quiet and intentional — somewhere that holds you instead of draining you.
May includeClearing a home, a room or an office · energetic boundaries for a space · crystal grids · building an altar or a shrine you’ll actually use · ceremony and ritual for a move, a loss, a birth or a beginning
Not sure which of these is yours? That’s completely normal, and it’s my job rather than yours. Book the mini session and say so — we’ll find it together.
The Coming Home Method
Regulate. Hear. Trust.
Three movements, in that order, because they only work in that order. Every rung above is one of the three doing its job at a different depth — so whichever you start on, you are on the same path, not a different product.

01
Regulate
Settle the noise enough to hear yourself. Safety first, then clarity. You cannot think your way out of a body stuck in survival, and it was never a willpower problem. Breath, gaze, ground — the body settles and everything after it gets easier.
The artwork · breath · gentle movement · grounding · energy work

02
Hear
Recognize your own signal underneath everyone else’s. Once the noise drops you can hear yourself again. This is the observer seat, and it is where you start telling your intuition from your anxiety. Your knowing was never gone. It was drowned out.
The oracle · reflection · symbols and dreams · intuitive readings

03
Trust
Act from your own knowing. Boundaries are the missing half of intuition — telling what is yours from what belongs to the room. You hold your own decisions when people tell you otherwise, and nobody pulls you off centre with fear.
Boundaries · discernment · pattern work · embodiment · sessions
The sum total of who you are is what you do every day. That is why this is called Tools for Self Mastery and not Healing With Gigi — you practise it, you own it, and it goes with you.
Free, and yours to keep
The Self-Love Calendar.
One sheet. You write your own practices down the side — whatever counts as care for you, not a list I handed you — and you mark the days you kept one.
There is no streak to protect and nothing to break. A month with eleven marked squares is a month with eleven marked squares, and that is eleven more than the month you didn’t track. This is how you find out that you are already doing more than you think.
Free, no email needed. Fill it in on the screen or print it at 8½×11.

Who you’d be working with
It’s me on the other side of it.
Whichever door you come in through, you get me. I answer my own email and I run my own sessions — there is no assistant writing as me, and no funnel standing in for a conversation.
Twenty-five years of teaching, six published decks, KRI Level 1 and Professional Intuitive Healer training through the School of Awakening — and a practice I still sit down and do myself every morning.
What I hand you is a set of tools and the directions home, and they are built to keep working when I’m not in the room. That’s why the free step is a real step and not a sales step.
Before you decide
The questions you're actually asking.
Answered the way I’d answer them if you asked me across a table.

I can't meditate. My mind never shuts off.
You were never bad at it — you were handed the wrong goal. A blank mind was never the point. The point is the observer seat: watching your thoughts move instead of being pulled under by them.
The art gets you there with your eyes open and no fight. That's why I call it meditating without having to meditate.
Isn't this just nice wall art with a story attached?
Fair question, and I asked my own audience. 48% buy it as a healing or meditation tool. 15% call it décor. It's used, not hung.
The design isn't decorative either — the symmetry, the central axis and the natural geometry all change how easily your visual system processes the image. Order takes less work to look at, and many people experience that ease as calming.
This seems too simple. Shouldn't real healing be harder?
That belief is expensive, and the industry loves it. Your nervous system responds to safety, not to struggle. Difficulty is not a quality signal — it's usually just difficulty.
Simple isn't the same as easy, either. Doing a small practice most days for a few months is harder than buying one more course, and it's the thing that actually works.
I got burned by a teacher before. Why would I trust you?
Don't, yet. Trust the practice and see how your body responds — that's a data source that can't flatter you.
I was raised inside a high-control belief system and I've lived the aftermath. It's exactly why I built this the way I did: no pedestals, no inner circle, no earning your way in, and nothing here that requires you to believe anything about me. Take the tools. Leave the rest. Leave me, ideally, once you've got what you came for.
Do I have to be spiritual for this to work?
No. The front door is your body: look at an image, breathe, notice what changes. Nothing to adopt, nothing to profess.
There's depth underneath if you ever want it. It stays underneath until you go looking.
Is this therapy? Will it help with my diagnosis?
It isn't therapy and it isn't medical treatment. I make no claims about treating or curing any condition, and I'd be suspicious of anyone in this field who does.
What I offer is a complement to care: practices that help you feel calmer and more settled, alongside whatever you're already doing with your doctor or therapist. Please keep doing that.
How long before I feel something?
Most people feel something in the first ninety seconds — a longer exhale, shoulders coming down. That's not the whole change; that's proof the door is real.
The change that lasts — sleeping through, trusting your own read on a decision — comes from small doses repeated over weeks. Nobody can honestly promise you a date.
I can't afford much right now.
Then start free. The reset costs nothing and the print costs shipping, and both of those are the actual tools — not a teaser for the real thing.
If you want more after that, the community is $33 a month, and sessions have a sliding scale. I priced the bottom of this ladder so that money is never the reason you stay stuck.

Still circling? Write to me. I read my own mail.
No pedestals. Not even mine.
Put anyone on a pedestal and they'll eventually fall off — and elevating someone above your own knowing is how you hand your authority away in the first place. So I kept the tools and dropped the guru. My job is to hand you the tools and get out of the way. If I've done this well, you won't need me.
When you're ready
The first step is free and takes ninety seconds.
You don't have to decide about any of the rest of it today.
Still have a question I haven't answered? Write to me at art@gdkartist.com. I read my own email, and I answer it myself.
